Shipping time.

Package shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. (Local warehouses in Mexico and the US usually ship within 3-7 days)

When products are out of stock

Orders for out-of-stock items may be cancelled and a full refund may be issued.

If the item is scheduled to be restocked for that season, we will ship it when it arrives. Not all out-of-stock items will be restocked. Backorder orders will be cancelled after 30 days if we do not receive the product in stock.

When possible, we will make every effort to alert customers of potential delays or offer possible substitutes for items originally ordered. We send these by email.  

Incorrect shipping address or change of shipping address

Shipping information is automatically generated based on the “shipping address” entered at the time of order placement.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay for the shipping costs of resending the package.

Therefore, if you need to make changes, you must do so quickly. Otherwise, your order will be shipped normally within 24 hours.

Once the product is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address.

When you receive a product different from the ordered product

Lost or damaged items
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact official@novamos.com and we will find an appropriate solution to the problem.

Taxes and Duties.

Once the package arrives in the destination country/region, it may be subject to import taxes, duties and related customs fees. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country/region.
