1. What is included in the price of the online store?

Prices include the local tax-free retail price of the product, to which we will add your local VAT. All shipping and customs charges are borne by us.

You do not need to pay any additional fees beyond the product price. We provide shipping and customs charges for all orders worldwide. The price you see at checkout includes local VAT.

2. Is there any warranty?

Yes, our watches come with a half-year warranty. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

3. About your order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at official@novamos.com. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes.

At checkout, you will receive a tracking code assigned to your package. You will be able to track your shipment at any time.

Once your payment is verified, it may take up to 5 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that we decline responsibility for delays in customs processing in the delivery of your order.

We use CDL to deliver our products worldwide, we cover all shipping and customs charges!
