Limited Warranty
Warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Warranty is valid worldwide and statutory warranty rights also apply. Covers defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights which vary from state, province, country or jurisdiction. The disclaimers, exclusions and limitations of liability under this Limited Warranty shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law. For a complete description of your legal rights, you should consult the applicable laws in your jurisdiction and you may wish to contact a relevant consumer advisory service. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. NOVAMOS, warrants to the owner of the enclosed product that the product contained in this box (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”). If the Product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, NOVAMOS will, at its sole option, either (a) repair or replace any defective Product or component; or (b) accept the Product back and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Product (provided it is requested within 14 days of receipt). Repair or replacement may be made with a new or reconditioned Product or components, at NOVAMOS’ sole discretion. If the Product or a component incorporated therein is no longer available, NOVAMOS may replace the Product with a similar product of similar function, at NOVAMOS’ sole discretion. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty. Any Product that has been repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty shall be covered by the terms of this Limited Warranty for a period longer than ninety (90) days from the date of delivery or the remaining Warranty Period.
Warranty Conditions
Before being able to claim under this Limited Warranty, the owner of the Product must (a) notify NOVAMOS of the intent to claim by registering the claim at www.novamos.com/pages/warranty-claim during the Warranty Period and providing a description of the alleged failure, and (b) comply with NOVAMOS’ return shipping instructions.
NOVAMOS shall have no warranty obligations with respect to a returned Product if it determines, in its reasonable discretion after examining the returned Product, that the Product is an ineligible Product (defined below).
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as set forth above in this limited warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVAMOS disclaims all express, implied and statutory warranties and conditions with respect to the Product, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVAMOS also limits the duration of any implied warranties or conditions to the duration of this limited warranty.
Limitation of Damages
In addition to the foregoing disclaimers of warranty liability, in no event shall NOVAMOS be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary or special damages, including damages for loss of data or lost profits, arising out of or related to this limited warranty or the product, and NOVAMOS’ total cumulative liability arising out of or related to this limited warranty or the product shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by the original purchaser.
You acknowledge and understand that the disclaimers, exclusions and limitations of liability set forth herein form an essential basis of the agreement between you and NOVAMOS governing your use of the product and apply regardless of whether the terms of this limited warranty have proven ineffective or a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Returning Products Under Warranty
We suggest that you register the package with your postal service for tracking purposes, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. Return shipping charges to our location are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. NOVAMOS will not accept any responsibility for packages damaged in transit to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to package the item properly to avoid further damage. NOVAMOS will be responsible
for sending the repaired / replaced product to the customer. Upon receipt of the product, our engineer will perform a test to identify the reported fault. If no defect is found, NOVAMOS will return the product to the customer. If the warranty period has expired for a product and the customer still wishes to have their product repaired, the components and a maintenance service fee will be charged to the customer. In the case of a return from an international address, any taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees or charges incurred for shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Safety and Handling
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions could result in fire, electrical shock, injury or damage to NOVAMOS or other property. Read all safety information below before using NOVAMOS.
Exposure to Liquids
Keep NOVAMOS away from liquid sources such as beverages, oils, lotions, sinks, bathtubs and showers. Protect NOVAMOS from moisture, humidity or wet weather, such as rain, snow or fog.
Feeding
Provide power to the NOVAMOS using a USB-A to USB-C cable and 10 W third-party power adapters that comply with applicable national regulations and international and regional safety standards. Other adapters may not comply with applicable safety standards and their use could pose a risk of death or injury.

Battery Handling
Do not open, disassemble, crush or burn the battery. Keep ignition sources away from the unit.
Do not expose a lithium-ion polymer battery to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.
Do not store together with oxidizing materials and acids.
If NOVAMOS is subject to storage for a period as long as more than 3 months, it is recommended to recharge the lithium-ion polymer battery periodically.
3 months: -10°C~+40°C, 45 to 85% RH. And 0°C~+35°C is recommended for prolonged storage. The capacity recovery rate at delivery state (50% of full charge capacity) after storage is assumed to be 80% or more. The voltage for prolonged storage shall be 3.7V~4.2V. Rated operating altitude of 3000m.
