We take our quality control very seriously, but occasionally there may be a manufacturing defect that affects the performance of our products. In this case, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange of your product.

Also, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days. More details can be found below. Returns must be unused, in the condition in which you received them and in the original packaging.

Our warranty does not cover damage to the product that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic imperfections, accidental damage caused by the user, failure as a result of intentional or negligent operation, or any other tampering. Furthermore, NOVAMOS shall not be liable for damages that may result from the use of any NOVAMOS product. Our Half Year Warranty does not cover repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

If you wish to request an exchange/refund for your item, please follow the instructions on our Exchange Page and (if applicable) return the item within 14 days of receipt of your product. Any returned items received by NOVAMOS without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Therefore, always notify us in advance and wait for our approval so that we can fully assist you and make sure everything runs smoothly.

After we handle your request, we will inform you of the steps to finalize your return. Please note that all returns/exchanges must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after delivery of your order.

We closely follow the recommendations of health officials to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and, because of this, there may be a slight delay in the time it takes to process your warranty claim. We are also returning repaired products through Australia Post, who are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of items, so please allow more time for your products to be returned to you.

When can items be returned?

All non-defective items purchased must be returned within 14 days for a refund, after your order has been delivered in its original, unused form and in its original packaging.

What items cannot be returned?

How soon will I receive my replacement?

Getting a replacement can take anywhere from 14 to 30 days, from the time we receive the return to the time you receive it. This can also take longer during this difficult global shipping period.

How soon will I receive my replacement?
